The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It is an older area/building, but nicely updated. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. There was a nice view of the ocean across the street. The only thing that would have made it better was central ac, but the window units worked just fine, you just have to turn them on periodically. The location felt very central to check out south and west Maui beaches. Andrew and Heidi were great hosts, highly recommend.

Beautiful condo right across from a small beach, just a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants. They have a nicely stocked kitchen with all the utensils one would need to cook with. Andrew was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful stay here!!

Andrew and Heidi's condo in Kihei was the perfect getaway. With a gorgeous beach just across the street and a plethora of excellent restaurants, drink spots, and shops within a 5 min drive, the location was everything! The amenities were also wonderful, including AC units in each room and everything you'd want for a phenomenal beach day (towels, chairs, umbrella) provided for you. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Andrews place was great - tastefully decorated, kitchen well stocked, plenty of equipment for enjoying sea / sea beach, location good - not too busy but restaurants & shopping places accessible. Best feature was the Balcony where we enjoyed quite a few sunsets and the sea side is 2 mins walk. Highly recommend the place!

We had an amazing stay at Andrew & Heidi’s place. We absolutely love the charm of Kihei. We enjoyed the local beaches & Ulalani’s shaved ice. The location is close to the grocery store, Starbucks and local restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and barbecue in addition to the amazing massage chair. Our daughter loved all of the beach gear, as well. Andrew was super responsive and also allowed us to check in a bit early which we truly appreciated! We had a wonderful time!!

We stayed here for the first part of our trip to Maui. It was conveniently located to all the major activities. It was well stocked with beach items (chairs, coolers, boogie boards, extra reef safe sunscreen). Communication with Andrew was easy. We’d stay here again!

our family of 3 loved our stay here! it is far enough away from the kihei business district to feel quiet, and yet, is still a lovely 20 minute walk along the beach to some of maui's best shave ice and breakfast pastries. the condo is well stocked with all the necessities, including beach gear and additional fans for the warmer evenings. i spent literally hours sitting on the deck, staring out into the ocean and writing, hoping to catch a glimpse of whales (even though it was pretty late in the season). our 10 year old son loved hanging out on the tiny beach out front and jumping in the gentle waves. overall, andrew and heidi's place was a delight!

I can’t even begin… I reached out to Andrew late at night because our flight changed and we’ve been searching for an Airbnb for hours - being a last minute request several reservations we made were saying the cleaning isn’t complete in their place and refunded. Andrew called me back within 3 minutes and not only was his place ready, spotless and as great as pictured in the photos, he also stayed up with us until we got situated and could finally get our tired toddler a bed. He had clear instructions, just what’s needed and nothing more, and timely reminders with a helpful visual for checkout that made it simple, fast and effortless in the morning. Super clean, comfortable and a gorgeous view. 5 star place with a 10 star host.
